Fun with Shakespeare – Get Outside with Will

Workshop & play are FREE
Summit Players workshops are focused on Shakespeare’s use of nature in his plays and general theatre practices. They play games, work with text, and explore the natural world through the lens of Shakespeare’s words. Members of the company work with the the kids (and fun adults), spending time learning about how fun Shakespeare can be, and trying to alleviate any “iambic pentajitters.” The workshops are approximately 45 minutes long, and presented prior to each performance.
The play is “A COMEDY OF ERRORS” ~ 7:00PM
Catch the Summit Players’ brand new production of Shakespeare’s THE COMEDY OF ERRORS with BIG LAUGHS, BIG CHARACTERS, AND BIG FUN!
The goal is to use theatre as a learning medium and introduce children to a love of language, communicating, and constructive play, while providing adults with an enjoyable family experience.
The workshops & play are free of charge.
Please note that there is a $5 per vehicle park use fee. It’s free if you have a state park sticker.

Magic Show with Tom Burgermeister

Tom Burgermeister is a veteran performer who has amazed and entertained Midwestern and Milwaukee area audiences since 1980. The classic mysteries of stage magic are all here for the enjoyment of all ages. The very laws of nature are stretched beyond recognition in this fun, interactive program. This is outstanding entertainment for the lively audience that loves to be part of the show!

Kohl’s Wild Theater

FREE Admission
Join the KWT actors in this 30-minute mix of short skits about animals and conservation. Learn about easy actions children can take from home to help animals and their habitats. Children will experience fun turtle puppets, songs sung by an otter and salamander, the “trashmonster” and so much more.
Length: 30 minutes
Age range: Grades Pre-K through 5 and families with children of all ages.
Admission is FREE.
