Princess Tea Party in Dousman

The Royal Princess Tea Party will include all the fancies of any majestic bash, including:
• Make your own crown
• Photo with a princess
• Souvenir tea cup
• Fancy face painting
• “Tea” and sandwiches

Tickets:
Princesses & Princes – $40
Queens & Kings – $10

*Open to children of all ages – must be accompanied by an adult*

SEATS ARE LIMITED!
In order to make sure all in attendance have the best time imaginable, we are asking that you request to reserve your seats by:

1. Sending an email to royalprincessteaparty@gmail.com.
2. Indicate all adults and children in your party.
3. Await an email reply confirmation with information on completing payment by check or credit card.
4. When payment is received, a personalized invitation to the party will be sentd to your little princess or prince!

Because seats are limited, they will be reserved in the order emails are received.

This is the Dousman Chamber’s largest annual fundraiser, with proceeds supporting our scholarship fund and other community initiatives.

5K Run/3K WalkJoin us for our second annual Run/Walk event.  All proceeds go toward helping us continuing to improve our venue.
Divisions:
  • 5K Run,
  • 3K Walk,
  • Kids FUN Run 14 & Under
9AM – 12PM
Rain or Shine

  • Registration 9AM
  • 5K Run/3K/Walk/FUN Run 10AM
  • Awards 11AM (or top three finishers)

Awards: 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place – Overall Male & Female in 5K

ENTRY FEES

  • 5K Run/3K Walk
    • $30 in advance to be guaranteed a shirt – deadline: May 8th
    • $35 on the day of run/walk
  • Kids Fun Run 14 & Under
    • $20 in advance to be guaranteed a shirt – deadline: May 8th

Join us for this unforgettable FREE community trick-or-treat event!

 

THE SCOOP:

Children 6th grade and under and their families are invited to walk through our amazingly decorated buildings and beautiful woods, enjoying different themes in each area across the campus. Three Pillars residents and staff will be present throughout, dressed in fun costumes and ready to hand out candy to the little ones trick-or-treating their way through.

Event occurs rain or shine. This event is all about FUN and not about SCARY. No tickets or registration necessary.

PARKING / SHUTTLE:

The evening begins at Dousman Elementary (Hwy 67 South to Hwy Z: 341 E Ottawa Ave, Dousman) where a FREE shuttle bus takes you to and from Three Pillars. The first bus loads and leaves the school at 6 PM; doors open at Three Pillars at 6:30 PM. The last bus will leave the school to head to Three Pillars at 7:45 PM. There is no parking available at Three Pillars for this event.

DON’T FORGET TO:

-Dress up.

-Bring a candy bucket or use one of our bags, given at the entrance

-Wear good walking shoes.

-Pack the little ones up in a stroller or wagon (that you can load on the school bus shuttle) to make the walk simple.

-Bring a non-perishable food or monetary donation for the Kettle Moraine Food Pantry, which will be collected before you get on the shuttle bus at Dousman Elementary.
