SummerStage (in Lapham Peak State Park)

The SummerStage of Delafield invites you to a celebration of the performing arts. We have a new summer theater in the western Waukesha County area. The theater is be located in Lapham Peak State park.

Glacial Drumlin Trail

The Glacial Drumlin Trail is a 47 mile trail developed in 1986 on an abandoned railroad.  It runs between the City of Waukesha to the east and the Village of Cottage Grove to the west.  The trail is easily assessable from Main Street in downtown Dousman.  The trail is open year round.  Bicyclists, hikers, joggers, and roller blades in the summer and snowmobilers in the winter.  Trail passes are required for anyone over 16 for bicyclist and roller blades.  Passes can be purchased at the Bike Doctor in Dousman

Kettle Moraine State Forest Southern Unit

The State Forest is located 4 miles south of Dousman off Hwy 67.  The State Forest offers year round entertainment with 21,000 acres of glacial trails and lakes. Hiking, jogging, swimming, biking, horseback riding, cross country skiing, camping plus much more.  Vehicle admission are required for all motor vehicles entering the parks.

Lapham Peak State Park

Located just off of Hwy C in the Town of Delafield the park offers a variety of activities including a beautiful view from the 45' observation tower.  Winding trails through the wooded hills and open meadows are great for year round activities  State Park fees apply.

Old World Wisconsin

Located 11 miles south of Dousman off Hwy 67 in Eagle, Wisconsin.  Old World Wisconsin is an outdoor museum portraying immigrant farm and village life.  Situated on 576 acres with 65 original historic structures in their natural surroundings, you will have fun while learning about Wisconsin's ethnic roots.  The museum offers many special events and is open May 1st to Oct. 31st, from 10am to 5pm.  There is a gift shop and the Clausing Barn Restaurant as well.
